The Bill (Reg. No.3530) introduces amendments to the effective Law, pursuant to which, not only health protection establishments fully funded at the expense of the State or local budgets, but also sanatorium-and-spa institutions are exempt from land tax.
The Committee members stressed that discrepancy between Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 1, Article 12 of the Law "On Payment for Land" had been regulated by the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for Year 2005 and amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine".
